Cervical Cytology

Cervical Cytology (Smear test) is undertaken at the Surgery by the doctors and nurses who have undergone specific training in this examination. It is recommended that you have a cervical smear at the following times:

If you are aged between 25 to 50 years of age :  Every 3 years
If you are aged between 50 and 64 years of age.  Every 5 years.

To make an appointment please call the surgery receptionist and advise them that you wish to make a cervical smear appointment.
