Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you receive from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know.  We operate a complaints procedure as part of a NHS system complaints procedure, which meets the national criteria.   You may ask for a form to detail your complaint or ask to speak to the Practice Manager.  Alternatively, you may post your complaint to the surgery for the attention of the Practice Manager.   We take all complaints seriously and following an investigation, we will provide you with our response.  If you are not satisfied with the response you may ask for the complaint to be referred to an independent complaints panel.
