It is important that patients who suffer from diabetes are regularly reviewed by their doctor or practice diabetic nurses.  This ensures that the condition is monitored and early identification of problems and their rectification through treatment and advice can stop or reduce the onset of other associated conditions from developing.


To make an appointment:

In the first instance, please make a 10 minute appointment with the diabetic nurse for a fasting blood test, followed 2 weeks later by a 20 minute appointment with the diabetic nurse.
