New Patient Health Checks

When patients register with the Practice, we like to ensure that we understand fully the health care needs of the individual.  Therefore as you register with the Practice, you will be asked to attend the surgery for a “New Patient Health Screen.  This involves a check of a patients blood pressure, a urine sample, height and weight and the opportunity to discuss  particular health issues.  These checks are carried out either by the Practice Nurses or the Health Care Assistant.  For an appointment please telephone 01608 642742.
